Terms & Conditions of Business of Multi Engineering Solutions (MES)
Effective from 1st January 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern all services, products, and business transactions provided by Multi Engineering Solutions (MES). By engaging our services or placing an order, the Client agrees to comply with the following terms.
1. Pricing and Charges
The price payable by the Client for the Services and/or Consumables shall be:
• The most recent price confirmed by MES to the Client
• Provided either in writing or via telephone prior to order submission
• Applicable at the time the Client places the order
MES reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Any revised pricing will be communicated before order confirmation.
2. Taxes and Duties
• All prices stated by MES are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Value Added Tax (VAT) and General Sales Tax (GST) will be charged where applicable
• The Client is responsible for paying all applicable taxes at the prevailing rate
3. Payment Terms
• Payment must be made as per the agreed terms mentioned in the invoice
• All invoices must be cleared within the specified due date
• Late payments may result in service delays or suspension
4. Suspension of Services
Without affecting any of its other rights, Multi Engineering Solutions (MES) reserves the right to suspend or cease provision of services under the following conditions:
• Failure of the Client to pay any due invoice
• Outstanding balances exceeding agreed payment terms
• When total payable amounts exceed the assigned credit limit
• Any breach of agreed financial terms between MES and the Client
Services will resume only after outstanding dues are cleared or arrangements are agreed upon.
5. Credit Limit Policy
• MES may assign a credit limit to Clients based on business evaluation
• The credit limit may be revised from time to time
• MES will notify the Client of any applicable credit limit
• Services may be restricted if the credit limit is exceeded
6. Orders and Acceptance
• All orders must be confirmed by the Client before processing
• MES reserves the right to accept or decline any order
• Orders once confirmed may not be cancelled without prior approval
7. Liability
• MES will perform services with professional care and expertise
• MES shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses
• The Client is responsible for proper use of equipment and services provided
8. Amendments to Terms
• MES reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time
• Updated terms will be effective upon publication
• Continued use of services implies acceptance of revised terms
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan.
